• The Tax Credit may be gone but not bargains in the Real Estate market.  There is still quite a bit of inventory available, although the inventory is far less than it was a year ago.  Because of this, the prices have stabilized and are actually increasing in some areas. The good news is the Mortgage Rates have been holding steady.  However, these rates will not stay low for long.  As the government tries to combat the recession, it will soon be tightening the money supply which will mean higher interest rates.   Every 1/8 point increase in interest rate will knock a large number of buyers out of the market.  You will not find Mortgage Rates low and prices low for long.  The bottom line is the time for buyers to act is NOW!

 I provide information you will not find anywhere else.   National Real Estate Reports are only released ONCE per month and are not released until about three weeks AFTER the end of the month.  The data is nearly a month old by the time you read it. 

• I provide reports that are updated on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of each month and at the end of the month (and available online within a few days after compilation).  You will not find data this current anywhere.  I can provide reports for any county in the local MLS system.  Currently I provide these reports for Frederick, Carroll, Montgomery, Howard, and Washington County Maryland.  If you do not see your county please request it and I will add it with in the next phase update.
